Community of Hope Public Health Clinic
Born in Washington DC and raised in nearby Prince Georges County Maryland, Dr. Hodge attended college and medical school at the University of Virginia. Following a residency in Internal medicine, Dr. Hodge completed an Infectious Diseases fellowship at the Washington Hospital Center/Veterans Affairs Medical Center located in Washington DC. On completing fellowship, Dr. Hodge entered private practice where he has focused on the care of the HIV infected. He has been the principal investigator or subclinical investigator in several HIV clinical trials. He holds an academic appointment at the George Washington University Hospital as assistant Clinical Professor. He is actively involved in a variety of community endeavors to increase awareness of HIV. Currently he is the HIV consultant for the Community of Hope public health clinic in Washington, DC.
